自密实GHPFRCC梁抗弯性能研究

Study on flexural behavior of self-compacting green high-performance fiber reinforced cementitious composite beams

摘要 绿色高性能纤维增强水泥基复合材料GHPFRCC(Green high-performance fiber-reinforced cementitious composites,简称GHPFRCC)是通过大掺量工业废料粉煤灰部分取代水泥,并加入聚乙烯醇纤维等材料制备而成的一种复合材料,具有绿色环保、力学性能优异的特点。为研究自密实GHPFRCC梁的抗弯性能,对1根C30梁和1根自密实GHPFRCC梁进行四点弯曲试验,同时利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立其有限元模型。将模拟结果与试验结果对比,验证模型的有效性,以此模型为基础对配箍率和GHPFRCC浇筑厚度两种工况进行模拟。结果表明,GHPFRCC能提高梁的抗弯刚度,改善梁的抗弯性能;自密实GHPFRCC可以部分替代箍筋,但配制一定的箍筋可以更好地提高梁的极限承载力;使用自密实GHPFRCC浇筑梁的保护层可以提高梁的抗弯性能。 Green high-performance fiber-reinforced cementitious composites(GHPFRCC)is produced by adding a large amount of industrial waste fly ash to partially replace cement and polyvinyl alcohol fiber into cement based composites,which have the characteristics of environmental protection and excellent mechanical properties.In order to study the mechanical properties of self-compacting GHPFRCC beams,it conducts a series of four points bending tests on a C30 beam and a self-compacting GHPFRCC beam,then the finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used to study the performances of these beams.After compare the simulation results with the test results to verify the effectiveness of the model,two working conditions are simulated,including with hoop rate and protective layer thickness are simulated.The results show that,GHPFRCC can increase the flexural rigidity and improve the flexural performance of the beam.Self-compacting GHPFRCC can partially replace stirrups,but a certain amount of stirrups can better improve the ultimate bearing capacity of beams.And using self-compacting GHPFRCC to cast beam protective layer can improve the bending performance of the beam.
