摘要
红透山铜矿是目前我国开采最深的金属矿山,深部大跨度采场经常遭受顶板垮塌问题,为了保证矿山安全高效开采,必须对深部大跨度采场顶板的稳定性进行分析。通过对研究区域进行工程地质调查和矿岩力学试验,获得了表征岩体质量的Q、Q′指标,岩体质量为很差~差,并采用经验公式计算岩体力学参数;通过对原始数据对数回归分析,改进了Mathews稳定图,基于此,计算出红透山铜矿深部1-1采场顶板稳定的概率为20%,破坏与严重破坏的概率为80%,崩落出现的概率为0;根据采场顶板的受力特点,建立了采场顶板的厚板力学模型,基于弹性板理论,推导出采场顶板下表面的挠度方程和拉应力方程,并计算出顶板最大拉应力σ为4.1 MPa,远大于矿体的抗拉强度(0.041 MPa),理论分析与Mathews稳定图法的结果具有较好的一致性。可通过改进的Mathews稳定图和厚板理论相结合的方法对红透山铜矿深部大跨度采场顶板进行稳定性分析,并为类似矿山提供参考。
Hongtoushan copper mine is the deepest metal mine in China,and the roof collapse has been found at the deep large-span stope of the Hongtoushan copper mine.To ensure safe and efficient mining,the roof stability of the deep large-span stope should be analyzed.To obtain the geotechnical properties of rock masses,detailed field investigations and rock mechanics tests are carried out.Rock mass was characterized by rock mass quality(Q-system,Q′-system)and it is very poor to poor in the study area.The rock mass mechanical parameters are also calculated through some empirical equations.If the extended Mathews stability graph proposed by C.Mawdesley is used to study the 1-1 stope roof stability,the accurate value of the 1-1 stope roof stability still can not be determined.To solve this problem,the Matlab logitfit program is used to perform logarithmic regression analysis on the original data from C.Mawdesley’s collection to improve the Mathews stability graph.Based on the improved Mathews stability graph method,the specific stability,failure,or more failure and caving probability value of the 1-1 stope roof can be intuitively reflected.The probability values of stability,failure,or more failure and caving of the 1-1 stope roof are 20%,80%and 0,respectively.According to the mechanical characteristics of the 1-1 stope roof,the thick plate mechanical model is established.The deflection equation and tensile stress equation of the lower surface of the 1-1 stope roof are deduced by elastic plate theory.The maximum tensile stress(σ)of 1-1 stope roof is calculated as 4.1 MPa,which is greater than the tensile strength(0.041 MPa)of the orebody.The theoretical analysis is in good agreement with the results of the Mathews stability graph.As a result,the improved Mathews stability graph and thick plate theory can be used to analyze the stability of deep large-span stope roof in Hongtoushan copper mine.The research results are of great significance to guide safe and efficient mining for Hongtoushan copper mine and provide a reference for other similar mines.
