摘要
总结2号高炉开炉快速达产过程。开炉前经过各方面充足的准备,包括高炉烘炉,高炉及附属设备的打压检漏,制定合理的全焦开炉方案,装料过程中进行了布料轨迹和料面的测定,送风后制定合理的装料制度和加风进程,达到快速降硅和达产的目的,实现了开炉后72小时快速达产,为今后高炉开炉提供宝贵经验。
This paper summarizes the process of blast furnace 2#from blowing-in to fast reaching production.Sufficient preparation in all aspects were made before blowing-in,including blast furnace drying,pressurization and leakage detection of blast furnace and its auxiliary equipment and formulating a reasonable full coke blowing-in scheme.During the charging process,the distribution trajectory and material level were well measured.After the air is supplied,a reasonable charging system and air feeding process are formulated to achieve the goal of rapid silicon reduction and production increase.The goal of reaching production capacity within 72 hours from the blowing-in is realized,which provides valuable experience for the future blast furnace blowing-in operations.
