摘要
通过文献综述梳理了国内外高校高水平运动队的培养模式,以期为新时代高校高水平运动队发展提供理论依据和实践参考。通过梳理以上模式,总结出我国高校高水平运动队发展路径:1.要有健全的法制和组织保障体系,为运动员提供较好的文化教育和科研服务。2.高校科研优势与体育资源相结合,充分实现交叉学科的有机融合。3.要充分吸收社会资源优势,为高校高水平运动队的发展提供保障。
his paper compares the cultivation modes of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities at home and abroad through literature review, in order to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the development of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities in the new era. The aim is to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the development of high-level sports teams in new era. Through sorting out the above models, the development path of high-level sports teams in China’s universities is summarized: 1 We must have a sound legal and organizational guarantee system. 2 University scientific research superiority and sports resources should be combined. 3 We should fully absorb the advantages of social resources.
