摘要
文章通过分析大数据时代的特色及作用,结合医学信息工程学科现状及建设实践进行调研,探讨新的医学信息工程学科的发展定位、人才培养、科研体系建设。当前,医学信息工程学科现状与其在社会医疗机构内的地位不符,医学信息工程局限于医疗信息管理而忽略了医工的意义在于建设智慧型医学信息平台,助力智慧医院发展。在大数据时代背景下,通过对日常的医疗大数据进行信息挖掘、管理、应用、转化,加强专业基础建设,培养大数据时代的复合型人才,提高医学信息工程管理水平及科研能力,全面助力医学信息工程学科的建设与发展。
By analyzing the characteristics and functions of the era of big data and combining the current situation and construction practice of medical information engineering discipline, this paper discusses the development orientation, talent training and scientific research system construction of new medical information engineering discipline. The current status of medical information engineering discipline is inconsistent with its status in social medical institutions. Medical information engineering is limited to medical information management and ignores the significance of medical engineering, which is to build intelligent medical information platform and help the development of smart hospitals. In the context of big data era, the construction and development of medical information engineering discipline can be comprehensively facilitated by information mining, management, application and transformation of daily medical big data, strengthening the professional infrastructure, cultivating compound talents in the era of big data, and improving the management level and scientific research ability of medical information engineering process.
