摘要
文化和文明二者相互关联,又有各自的意义,其关系是相对的,也是互相包容的。文章在辨析文化和文明的联系与区别的基础上,揭示城市文化建设在培育城市文明中的意义,以期对文明城市创建提供借鉴参考。
Culture and civilization are interrelated and have their own meanings,and their relationships are relative and mutually inclusive.On the basis of identifying the connection and difference between culture and civilization,this paper reveals the significance of urban culture construction in cultivating urban civilization,with a view to providing reference for the creation of civilized cities.
