摘要
目的 通过了解闽东农村小学高年级学生急救知识与技能掌握现状,为急救知识技能在农村小学群体中普及提供更多科学参考对策。方法 于2020年12月—2021年11月采用随机整群抽样方法,抽取闽东5个县区的8所农村小学共计720名五、六年级学生为调查对象,对调查对象进行现场问卷调查,并回收问卷、统计分析。结果 闽东农村小学高年级学生对于急救知识掌握率偏低,且掌握情况存在性别及年级差异,全面掌握心肺复苏各项知识的人数女生高于男生,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.468,P<0.05);在学习兴趣上,很有兴趣和有兴趣学习急救知识的学生占比81.94%。结论 闽东农村小学高年级学生对急救知识的掌握率较低;高年级学生学习急救知识积极性较高,但尚缺乏规范的培训途径,应通过各种渠道加强农村小学生急救知识普及和急救技能培训。
Objective To understand the current situation of first-aid knowledge and skills of senior students in rural primary schools in eastern Fujian,and to provide more scientific reference countermeasures for popularizing first-aid knowledge and skills in rural primary schools.Methods From December 2020 to November 2021,a total of 720 fifth and sixth grade students from 8 rural primary schools in 5 counties and district in eastern Fujian were selected as the survey objects by random cluster sampling method.On-site questionnaire surveys were conducted on the respondents,and the questionnaires were collected and analyzed statistically.Results The mastering rate of first aid knowledge among senior students in rural primary schools in eastern Fujian was low,and there were gender and grade differences in mastering the knowledge.The number of girls who fully master the knowledge of cardiopulmonary resuscitation was higher than that of boys,with a statistically significant difference(χ~2=5.468,P < 0.05).In terms of learning interest,81.94%of the students were very interested and interested in learning first aid knowledge.Conclusion The mastery rate of first aid knowledge among senior students in rural primary schools in eastern Fujian is low,Senior students have a high enthusiasm to learn first aid knowledge,but there is still a lack of standardized training channels.We should strengthen the popularization of first aid knowledge and first aid skills training for rural primary school students through various channels.
