回撤通道顶板结构失稳机理及压裂控制研究 被引量:13

摘要 针对工作面末采期回撤通道顶板失稳导致支护体受力过大和围岩破坏问题,建立了基本顶超前断裂关键块力学模型,对比分析了不同来压位置和悬顶结构对回撤通道稳定性的影响。结果表明:降低支架后方悬顶长度和岩块间的挤压力、提高支护强度可缓解失稳顶板岩块对支架的作用力。基本顶断裂位置靠近回撤通道上方时关键块偏转下沉会造成围岩严重破坏。通过水力压裂可以加速顶板岩层破断和下沉,减轻末采期来压强度甚至改变来压规律,使回撤通道围岩免受顶板强来压作用。现场应用表明,水力压裂后支架载荷和围岩变形显著减小,实现了霍洛湾煤矿31108工作面的安全高效回撤。 Pre-driven longwall recovery room suffers excessive mining pressure and is vulnerable to roof instability.In this paper,a mechanical model of the key block of the advance fracture of the main roof was established,and the effects of different weighting positions and hanging roof structures on the stability of longwall recovery room were compared and analyzed. The results show that reducing the length of the hanging roof behind the support and the extrusion force between rock blocks and improving supporting intensity can reduce the force of unstable roof rock blocks on the support. The rotation and subsidence of the key block will cause serious damage to the surrounding rock when the fracture position of the main roof is close to the upper part of the recovery room. Hydraulic fracturing can promote the breaking and subsidence of the roof strata,reduce the intensity of weighting at the end of the mining period or even change the law of weighting so that the surrounding rock of the recovery room can be protected from the strong mining pressures. The field application showed that the support resistance and surrounding rock deformation were significantly reduced due to hydraulic fracturing,which realized the safe and efficient removal of the 31108 working face of the Huoluowan colliery.
