摘要
全球范围内对智能铁路的研究已经全面开启,而传统车钩缓冲装置主要依靠列车停止运营后人工对其状态进行检查,不仅效率低下,更是给列车运营带来了安全隐患,因此传统车钩已无法满足智能铁路的要求。本文依据智能铁路的目标及车钩的特点,搭建了一套智能车钩的架构,基于此架构可不受带宽等因素影响,实现对车钩状态实时监测,并可实现性能趋势、故障及剩余寿命预测以及预警和报警等功能。提出了智能车钩传感器选型的考量因素,以此选择的传感器可实现车钩主要零部件及车辆间的相应物理量的监测。本文还对智能车钩的样机及试验情况进行了介绍,并对智能车钩的发展进行了展望。
The research on intelligent railway has been fully opened all over the world.However,the traditional coupler and buffer device mainly relies on the manual inspection of the state after the train stops operation,which is inefficient and also brings safety hazards to the train operation.Therefore,the traditional coupler has been unable to meet the requirements of intelligent railway.According to the goal of intelligent railway and the characteristics of couplers,this paper builds a set of intelligent coupler architecture.Based on this architecture,the coupler state can be monitored in real time without being affected by bandwidth,and the functions of performance trend,fault and remaining life prediction,early warning and alarm can be realized.The paper puts forward the factors to be considered in the selection of intelligent coupler sensors,and the sensors selected can monitor the main parts of coupler and the corresponding physical quantities between vehicles.This paper also introduces the prototype and test of intelligent coupler,and looks forward to the development of intelligent coupler.
