摘要
对丙烯酸树脂、水性环氧沥青和高粘乳化沥青分别采用电子拉拔仪、拉力试验机和沥青混合料试验机进行混凝土桥面铺装防水粘结层粘结强度测试结果表明,对柔性沥青材料,电子拉拔仪无法提供更大的测量行程,残留沥青材料的二次粘结作用会导致测试结果差异较大;对电子拉拔仪产生的测量误差进行分析,选择测量行程较大的现场拉拔仪,同时拉拔块与支撑之间具有足够的间隙,与拉力试验机对比测试发现,能有效提高沥青防水粘结层材料的测量精度,可作为防水粘结层粘结强度现场测试仪器。
Electronic pullout tester,tensile testing machine and asphalt mixture tester are used to test the acrylic resin,water-borne epoxy asphalt and high adhesion emulsified asphalt respectively to check the bond strength of waterproof bonding layer for concrete bridge deck pavement.The results show that for flexible asphalt materials,the electronic pullout tester cannot provide a larger measuring range,and the secondary adhesion of residual asphalt materials will lead to large differences in test results.The cause of the measurement error produced by adhesion tester were analyzed.According to the analysis results,the field puller with large measuring stroke is selected,and enough clearance between the drawing block and the support are considered.Compared with the tensile testing machine,field puller can effectively improve the measurement accuracy of asphalt waterproof bonding layer,and can be used as a field testing instrument for the bonding strength of waterproof bonding layer.
