摘要
肠道微生态是指人体内肠道菌群和机体相互作用共同构成的生态系统,在肠道功能调节、营养吸收及免疫应答等方面起着重要作用。肠道微生态失衡会引起人体免疫系统改变,进而导致一系列疾病的发生。炎症性关节病是一组以关节炎为主要临床表现的慢性炎症性疾病,包括类风湿关节炎、脊柱关节炎、骨关节炎等。既往研究表明,炎症性关节病在处于临床前阶段时便已经有了肠道微生态的改变,且这种改变会持续贯穿整个疾病之中。越来越多的研究发现,炎症性关节病的发病与肠道微生态紊乱密切相关。基于此,本文就国内外肠道微生态与炎症性关节病的关系研究进行综述,以期为其治疗提供新的思路。
Intestinal microecology refers to the ecosystem formed by interaction between intestinal flora and the body,which plays an important role in intestinal function regulation,nutrient absorption and immune response.The imbalance of intestinal microecology can cause the changes of body′s immune system,which will lead to a series of diseases.Inflammatory arthritis is a group of chronic inflammatory diseases with arthritis as the main clinical manifestation,including rheumatoid arthritis,spinal arthritis,osteoarthritis,etc.Previous studies showed that the inflammatory arthritis has change of intestinal microeco-logy when it is in the preclinical stage,and this change will throughout the whole disease process.More and more studies have found that the pathogenesis of inflammatory arthropathy is closely related to intestinal microecology disorder.Based on this,this article reviews the research on the correlation between intestinal microecology and inflammatory arthritis at home and abroad,in order to provide new ideas for its treatment.
