摘要
为了探讨不同饲喂频率对鲫(Carassius auratus)生长性能与表观消化率的影响。试验选择相同品种健康的重量相近的(3.50±0.05)g鲫400尾随机分成4组,每个组5个重复,每个重复组20尾,投喂相同的鲫颗粒料产品,日投喂量相同,按照不同饲喂频率分组分别为1组(4次/d)、2组(3次/d)、3组(2次/d)、4组(1次/d),预实验10d,试验期90d。结果表明:试验2、3、4组的鲫鱼在饲养试验过程中的相对增重率和存活率高于1组(P>0.05),试验3、4组鲫的特定生长率显著高于1组(P<0.05),其饵料系数显著低于1组(P<0.05);试验2、3、4组鲫鱼的粪便中的能量和磷的消化率均高于1组(P>0.05),试验3、4组鲫的粪便中的粗蛋白质、干物质等营养物质的消化率显著高于1组(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲喂频率为1次/d和2次/d可以提高鲫生长性能与表观消化率,以2次/d饲喂频率较适宜。
To investigate the effects of feeding frequency on growth performance and apparent digestibility of Carassius auratus.Four hundred healthy(3.50±0.05)g Carassius auratus with similar weight were randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 replicates in each group and 20 in each replicate group.The same Carassius auratus pellet products were fed with the same feeding amount.According to different feeding frequency,the feeding groups were divided into 1 group(4 times/d),2 groups(3 times/d),3 groups(2 times/d)and 4 groups(1 time/d),respectively.The pre-experiment lasted for 10 days and the experiment lasted for 90 days.The results showed that the relative weight gain rate and survival rate of Carassius auratus in experimental groups 2,3 and 4 were higher than those in group 1(P>0.05),the specific growth rate of Carassius auratus in trial groups 3 and 4 was significantly higher than that in group 1(P<0.05),and the feed coefficient of Carassius auratus in trial groups 3 and 4 was significantly lower than that in group 1(P<0.05).The digestibility of energy and phosphorus in the faeces of Carassius auratus in test groups 2,3 and 4 were higher than those in group 1(P>0.05),the digestibility of crude protein,dry matter and other nutrients in the feces of Carassius auratus in trial groups 3 and 4 were significantly higher than that in group 1(P<0.05).In conclusion,feeding frequency of once/d and twice/d can improve the growth performance and apparent digestibility of Carassius auratus,and feeding frequency of twice/d is more suitable.
