超临界CO_(2)在化工领域的研究进展 被引量:3

Advances of Supercritical CO_(2) in the Chemical Industry

摘要 近年来,超临界流体由于独特的理化性质受到各行各业的青睐,其中超临界CO_(2)的条件最为温和,且无毒、来源广泛,因此得到了广泛的应用。这项工作整理了超临界CO_(2)在化工领域的最新研究,包括材料制备、萃取、污染物降解、聚合物生产和纺织领域。研究结果表明,相比传统的方法,在超临界CO_(2)下制备、处理或提取物质均获得了更优的效果。结合“双碳”战略,利用超临界技术将CO_(2)转化为可用的碳氢燃料或者大分子聚合物,会是一项全新的突破,为改善环境、提高能源转化率做出贡献。 In recent years,supercritical fluids have been favored by a wide range of industries due to their unique physicochemical properties.Among them,Supercritical CO_(2) has been applied widely on account of it’s mildest conditions,non-toxic and wide variety of sources.This work summarizes the latest research on supercritical CO_(2) in the chemical industry,including materials preparation,extraction,contaminant degradation,polymer production,and textile.The investigation results have shown that the preparation,processing,production or extraction of substances in the supercritical CO_(2) obtained superior effects compared to conventional methods.In the context of the“double carbon”strategy,it would be a completely new breakthrough to utilize supercritical technology to convert CO_(2) into available hydrocarbon fuels or macromolecular polymers,which contributes to improving the environment and increasing the energy conversion rate.
