摘要
在全面推进新时代党的建设伟大工程的新阶段,高校明确组织员的工作职责,提升组织员的职业素养,加强包括组织员在内的高校党务工作者队伍建设具有重要的现实意义。组织员是高校基层党建工作的实施者,是提升高校党建工作质量、提高思想政治教育工作水平的重要力量。高校要站在全面加强高校党的领导的高度,抓好组织员队伍建设,促使高校党的建设和思政教育工作迈上新台阶。
In the period of fully advancing the Party building,it has great significance to definite the work duty of university organizers,to promote their professional quality,and to strengthen the team construction of the staff of the party affairs including organizer.Organizer is the executor of the work of Party building,as well as the main force to improve the quality of Party building and improve the ideological and political education level.University should do well in the team construction of organizer to promote the Party building and ideological and political education.
