摘要
社会经济快速发展背景下,国内对化工产品需求量持续增加,推动化工产业飞速发展。随着化工企业规模扩大、生产产品种类增加,实际运营生产时存在较大安全隐患。因此,化工企业需要高度重视安全事故防范、安全管理工作,有效控制安全问题,保证生产运行活动的正常进行。鉴于此,文章以化工企业为研究对象,分析化工事故发生的原因,探讨化工事故预防中化工安全设计的作用,结合行业特点给出发挥化工安全设计预防安全事故作用的措施,有效提高安全事故预防效果,降低事故发生率。
Under the background of the rapid social and economic development,the domestic demand for chemical products continues to increase,which promotes the rapid development of the chemical industry.With the expansion of chemical enterprises and the increase of production products,there are great safety risks in the actual operation and production.Therefore,chemical enterprises need to attach great importance to safety accident prevention and safety management,effectively control safety problems,and ensure the normal operation of production and operation activities.In view of this,this paper takes chemical enterprises as the research object to analyze the causes of chemical accidents,discusses the role of chemical safety design in chemical accident prevention,and gives the role of chemical safety design in preventing safety accidents according to the characteristics of the industry,so as to effectively improve the effect of safety accident prevention,and reduce the accident rate.
