摘要
运用Solidworks软件通过零件建模模块、模拟装配模块建立了一个手机上下料工作站工业机器人工装夹具仿真系统,直观的将零件的参数可视化;再通过使用Solidworks软件的Motion模块对零部件进行运动仿真分析,验证了设计方案的可行性;最后通过使用Solidworks软件的Simulation模块对零部件进行静应力分析,查找出各个零件的应力分布情况,发现零件中结构强度薄弱环节,进一步采用改进零件结构方式达到提高零件强度的作用。
Uses Solidworks software to establish a simulation system of industrial machine manual fixture for mobile phone loading and unloading workstation through part modeling module and simulation assembly module, which can visualize the parameters of parts intuitively;Then, the motion module of Solidworks software is used to carry out the motion simulation analysis of the parts, and the feasibility of the design scheme is verified;Finally, by using the Simulation module of Solidworks software to conduct static stress analysis on the parts, find out the stress distribution of each part, find out the structural strength weaknesses in the parts, and further improve the structure of the parts to improve the strength of the parts.
