摘要百年大变局演进中,世界之变、时代之变、历史之变的特征更加明显。世界之变表现为国际秩序和格局进入深度调整期,加深认识世界之变的特征,有助于中国人民和中华民族在推动国际秩序和格局的合理构建和健康发展中作出更大的贡献。时代之变表现为和平与发展的时代主题在现实中遭遇逆风逆流的冲击,加深认识时代之变的特征,有助于从时代主题的实践要求出发,在历史演进中自觉肩负起和平、发展、合作、共赢的时代使命。历史之变表现为中国共产党领导中国人民创造了人类文明新形态,加深认识历史之变的特征,有助于增强历史自信,以高度的历史自觉和历史主动精神把握世界命运,推动人类社会迈向更加文明的发展阶段。加深认识世界之变、时代之变、历史之变的特征,对统筹中华民族伟大复兴战略全局和世界百年未有之大变局具有重大意义。 In the evolution of profound changes unseen in a century,the characteristics of the changes of the world,the changes of the times and the changes of history have become more salient.The changes of the world are manifested in the period of deep adjustment of the international order and landscape.A deeper understanding of their characteristics will help the Chinese people and the Chinese nation to make greater contributions to the rational and healthy development of the international order and landscape.The changes of the times are manifested in the fact that the theme of the times of peace and development is facing headwinds in reality.A deeper understanding of the characteristics of the changing times will help us to consciously shoulder the mission of the times of peace,development and win-win cooperation in the evolution of history from the practical requirements of the theme of the times.The changes of history are manifested in the fact that the Chinese Communist Party has led the Chinese people to create a new form of human civilization.A deeper understanding of their characteristics will help enhance historical confidence,grasp the general development of the world with a sense of historical consciousness and historical initiative,and propel human society toward a more civilized stage of development.A deeper understanding of the characteristics of the changes of the world,as well as changes of the times and history is of great significance to the coordination of the strategy for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and profound changes in the world unseen in a century.
