商贸流通创新对绿色发展的影响机制与空间效应——基于长江经济带11个省(市)面板数据的验证

摘要研究基于2006—2020年长江经济带11个省(市)省级面板数据,采用固定效应空间杜宾模型实证研究商贸流通创新对绿色发展的溢出效应。商贸流通创新水平在长江经济带呈“高高集聚”和“低低集聚”的随机分布特征;商贸流通创新具有显著正向空间自相关性并对区域绿色发展产生显著空间溢出效应,能同时促进创新当地和周边地区绿色发展。区域范围内要加强商贸流通创新,鼓励线上线下互动创新,双向联动绿色发展;扩大对外开放和坚持新型城镇化道路,优化商贸流通创新和绿色发展环境,持续推动长江经济带绿色发展。 Based on the panel data of 11 provinces(municipalities)in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2006 to 2020,this paper uses the fixed-effect spatial Dubin model to empirically study the spillover effect of commercial&trade circulation innovation on green development.The level of commerce and trade circulation innovation in the provinces(municipalities)of the Yangtze River Economic Belt demonstrates the random distributed characteristics of"high-high agglomeration"and"low-low agglomeration".This innovation also shows a significant positive spatial autocorrelation and has a significant spatial spillover effect on regional green development,which can promote the green development of innovative local and surrounding areas.Therefore,this article suggests that local government should strengthen the innovation of commerce and trade circulation within the region,encourage online and offline interactive innovation,promote two-way linkage green development,open wider to the outside world,adhere to the new path of urbanization,improve the environment for innovative commerce and trade circulation and green development,and continue to promote green development of the Yangtze Economic Belt.
