摘要
目的 分析文拉法辛联合认知行为疗法对抑郁症巩固治疗期患者的影响。方法 围绕2021年3月至2021年12月郑州市第九人民医院收治的96例巩固治疗期抑郁症患者展开研究,并以随机抽样法为分组依据,将其分为对照组(N=48)及试验组(N=48),对照组仅接受文拉法辛治疗,试验组采取文拉法辛+认知行为疗法治疗。对比两组治疗有效率、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、生活质量量表评分波动情况、抑郁症复燃发生率。结果 试验组治疗有效率(95.83%)高于对照组(81.25%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗前两组焦虑、抑郁评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后试验组两项评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗前两组生活质量评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后试验组生理、心理、社会、总体健康评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);试验组患者抑郁症复燃率(6.25%)低于对照组(20.83%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 文拉法辛+认知行为疗法可显著改善巩固治疗期抑郁症患者抑郁状态,提升其生活质量,建议临床应用。
Objective To analyze the impact of Venlafaxine combined with cognitive behavioral therapy in the consolidation stage of depression patients.Methods A total of 96 consolidation stage of depression patients treated in our hospital from March 2021 to December 2021 were selected.According to random sampling method,patients were divided into control group(N=48,Venlafaxine)and trial group(N=48,Venlafaxine and cognitive behavioral therapy).The total effective rate,self-rating anxiety scale,self-rating depression scale,life quality scores,recurrence rate and Hamilton's depression scale were compared.Results The total effective rate in the trial group was higher than control group)(95.83%vs.81.25%),with signifiant difference(P<0.05);Before treatment,the anxiety and depression scores between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);After treatment,the anxiety and depression scores in the trial group were lower than control group,with signifiant differences(P<0.05);Before treatment,the life quality scores between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);After treatment,the physiological,mental,social and general health scores in the trial group were higher than control group,with signifiant differences(P<0.05);The recurrence rate in the trial group was lower than control group(6.25%vs.20.83%),with signifiant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Venlafaxine combined with cognitive behavioral therapy can greatly ameliorate the depression states and life quality for consolidation stage of depression patients,the clinical application is recommended.
