摘要
探究智慧养老平台服务设计,为智慧养老平台设计提供一定参考,提高智慧养老平台服务质量。查找并阅读相关文献,对智慧养老平台服务设计展开综述。分析了国内外智慧养老研究成果;总结了国内外服务设计概况,整理了服务设计理念方法及与养老相关的设计案例。智慧养老平台的设计能有效地解决养老难题。服务设计旨在提升服务质量,优化服务接受者和提供者双方的体验,成为指导智慧养老平台设计的有效方法。
To explore the service design of intelligent elderly care platform,provide some reference for the design of intelligent elderly care platform,and improve the service quality of intelligent elderly care platform.Search and read relevant literature,and summarize the service design of intelligent elderly care platform.The research results of intelligent elderly care at home and abroad were Analyzed.This paper summarizes the general situation of service design at home and abroad,and sorts out the service design concepts and methods and design cases related to elderly care.The design of intelligent pension platform can effectively deal with pension problems.Service design aims to improve service quality,optimize the experience of service recipients and providers,and become an effective method to guide the design of intelligent elderly care platform.
