摘要
目的探究对子宫肌瘤腹腔镜手术患者采用临床护理路径的效果。方法选取86例子宫肌瘤腹腔镜患者,按照数字奇偶法分为对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予临床护理路径。比较两组患者心理状态、护理满意情况及并发症发生情况。结果护理前,两组患者抑郁评分、焦虑评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组抑郁评分、焦虑评分明显低于护理前,观察组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度97.67%,显著高于对照组的83.72%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对子宫肌瘤行腹腔镜治疗患者采用临床护理路径护理效果显著,可有效改善患者心理状态,减少并发症发生,提升患者护理满意度,构建和谐护患关系。
Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway for patients with uterine fibroids undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods 86 patients with uterine myoma undergoing laparoscopy were selected as the research object and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the parity method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given clinical nursing path.The psychological state,nursing satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in depression score and anxiety score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the depression score and anxiety score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before nursing,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 97.67%,which was significantly higher than 83.72%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway for patients with uterine fibroids undergoing laparoscopic treatment has significant effect,which can effectively improve the psychological state of patients,reduce the occurrence of complications,improve the nursing satisfaction rate of patients,and build a harmonious nurse-patient relationship.
