摘要
为探究采装机爬坡时承重轮的受载特性,对其进行爬坡仿真性能测试与物理样机试验,将两者得出的爬坡极限角度进行对比验证,然后采用ADAMS将采装机在爬坡工况下的运行状态进行动力学仿真,分析各承重轮的受载数据。结果表明:两者极限爬坡角度较为吻合,验证了仿真参数设置的合理性。其中承重轮4号受载最大,3号最小。研究结果数据可为采装机行走装置承重轮的设计与优化提供理论依据与参考价值。
In order to explore the load characteristics of the load-bearing wheel during slope climbing,the simulation performance test and physical prototype test are carried out on the load-bearing wheel;and the limit climbing angles derived from the two tests are compared and verified.Then,ADAMS is used to simulate the mining capacity under climbing conditions and analyze the load data of each bearing wheel.The results show that the limit climbing angles of the two are consistent,which verifies the rationality of the simulation parameter setting;while the load-bearing wheel No.4 has the largest load and wheel No.3 has the smallest load.The research results and data can provide theoretical basis and reference value for the design and optimization of the load-bearing wheel of the mining equipment.
