摘要
为求解生产调度方面的多目标优化问题,建立以总加工时间和总生产成本为目标的优化模型;通过将非支配排序遗传算法和粒子群算法相结合,构造了一种基于种群的混合算法;根据快速非支配排序提供的信息选取区域搜索的中心,并对附近解空间进行局部搜索,进一步增强混合算法的局部搜索能力;最后,运用混合算法对铜板带生产调度工程实例进行求解分析,得到铜板带生产调度问题的仿真结果和解决方案,结果表明改进的算法具有更好的Pareto前沿,从而验证改进的算法在求解多目标生产调度问题上的有效性。
In order to solve the multi-objective optimization problem of production scheduling,an optimization model aiming at the total processing time and total production cost is established;By combining non dominated sorting genetic algorithm with particle swarm optimization algorithm,a hybrid algorithm based on population is constructed;According to the information provided by fast non dominated sorting,the center of regional search is selected,and the local search of nearby solution space is carried out to further enhance the local search ability of the hybrid algorithm;Finally,the mixed algorithm is used to solve and analyze the copper strip production scheduling engineering example,and the simulation results and solutions of the copper strip production scheduling problem are obtained,and the results show that the improved algorithm has a better Pareto front,thus verifying the effectiveness of the improved algorithm in solving multi-objective production scheduling problems.
