摘要
对于明代《孔府档案》的起始时间与数量,现在公认的是1956至1962年期间南京档案史料整理处(现中国第二历史档案馆)与曲阜县文物保管所确定的数据,即起始于嘉靖十三年(1534),共62卷;至于具体件数,则模糊不清。细研其整理,不难发现,与清代的淡新档案、巴县档案、宝坻档案等众多地方档案一样,明代《孔府档案》的整理者没有保持“档案排列原貌”,存在“边整理边破坏”的情况,致使部分数据的准确性存在偏差。经考证,明代《孔府档案》中现存的两种谱牒系1956至1962年档案整理时所添加,不应归为档案。其起始时间仍为嘉靖十三年(1534),而非成化十八年(1482);档案卷数为68卷;按照传统的档案整理法统计,其件数当为208件(册),考虑到数字化和检索者的需要,可计为362件。
There has been a consensus of the starting time and quantity of the Kong Family Mansion Archives in the Ming Dynasty,and the year of thirteenth during Emperor Jiajing's administration(the year of 1534)and 62 volumes in total were confirmed by the Nanjing Archives and Historical Materials Arrangement Office(the Second Historical Archives of China)and the Cultural Relics Preservation Bureau in Qufu from 1956 to 1962.However,there is an ambiguity of its specific pieces.Being different from the Danxin Archive,Baxian Archive,and Baodi Archive,it has not preserved the“original arrangement of archives”with the paradox of“collation and destruction”,which leads to the deviation of some data.The two genealogies of the existing Kong Family Mansion Archives in the Ming Dynasty should not be classified as archives for the fact that they were added in the archives'collation from 1956 to 1962.Its starting time is still the year of thirteenth during Emperor Jiajing's administration(the year of 1534)rather than the year of eighteenth during Emperor Jiajing's administration(the year of 1482).The number of files is still 68 volumes while it should be 208 pieces according to the traditional file arrangement.If taken into account of digitization and searchers,it can be counted as 362 pieces.
