协同钻头推靠与指向作用控制井眼轨迹的旋转导向系统 被引量:7

A new rotary steering method for controlling wellbore trajectory by combining pushing and pointing forces on drill bit

摘要 推靠式旋转导向钻井系统其核心工作原理为“速度杠杆”原理,因原理限制,导致进一步提升其轨迹控制能力、延长其使用寿命和提高其钻井速度成为“卡脖子”难题。提出基于“省力杠杆”原理的新型旋转导向方法,建立轨迹控制能力有限元分析模型,开展模拟研究并与常规推靠式旋转导向钻井系统钻头所获侧向推靠力、钻头指向角及钻进趋势角进行对比。结果表明:新型旋转导向方法可将旋转导向工具推靠力提升数倍施加于钻头,可达到协同钻头推靠与指向作用控制井眼轨迹的目的,且为不影响轨迹控制能力及工具寿命基础上提速工具的安装提供空间;该方法可为旋转导向钻井系统同时实现强轨迹控制能力、长工具使用寿命和提高钻井速度提供可行性方案。 The main working principle of the pushing bit rotary steering drilling system is via the so called "speed lever" mechanism.But,due to the limitation of the method,it has become a "strangle" problem to further improve trajectory control ability,prolong service life and increase drilling speed.In this study,a new rotary steering method based on the principle of "force-reducing lever" was proposed,and a finite element analysis model of trajectory control ability was established.The effectiveness of the new method was analyzed by comparing the three indexes of lateral pushing force,bit pointing angle and drilling trend angle obtained using a conventional push rotary steering drilling system.The results show that the new rotary steering method can increase the pushing force of the rotary steering tool by several times,achieving the purpose of combining with the pushing and pointing of the bit to control the wellbore trajectory,and providing space for the installation of speed-up tools without affecting the trajectory control ability and tool life.
