摘要
针对“三软”煤层巷道支护和维护困难的问题,结合15130工作面地质条件,通过分析煤层巷道围岩破坏机理,提出中空锚索注浆加固技术,分别针对巷道掘进、回采及过地质构造带3种条件制定支护设计,通过进行现场矿压观测,巷道围岩变形量得到有效控制,满足了工作面安全生产的需要。
For“three soft”coal seam roadway support and maintenance difficulties,xinan mine combined with 15130 geological conditions,through the analysis of coal seam roadway surrounding rock damage mechanism,put forward the hollow anchor cable grouting reinforcement technology,respectively for roadway tunneling,mining and geological structure with three conditions developed the support design,through the field ore pressure observation,roadway surrounding rock deformation is effectively controlled,meet the needs of working face safety production.The research of this technology also provides reference for roadway support in other similar mines in China.
