CFRP层合材料拉伸力学行为及材料参数研究

摘要 土木工程领域常采用外贴FRP加固混凝土结构,尤其在施工受限的空间环境,湿糊FRP层合材料的材料参数取值,成为FRP加固混凝土结构的核心问题与关键问题。按照现行相关规范和加固安装流程,制作了湿糊CFRP层合样条和拉伸试样,通过拉伸试验,研究了CFRP层合材料的拉伸力学行为;试验结果显示,在单调加载情况下,层合试样拉伸呈现良好的线弹性特征,试样的极限断裂应变小于CF布的极限断裂应变和树脂基的拉伸屈服应变,试样的极限拉伸强度与弹性模量随纤维层数的增加呈非线性衰减;基于不同层数层合试样的拉伸试验数据,提出了CFRP层合材料的修正混合法模型,弥补了现行规范在相关方面的疏漏与不足,提高了CFRP加固工程结构分析的科学性和可靠性。 In civil engineering,FRP fabrics are often installed manually on the surfaces of existing members to strengthen reinforced concrete structures,especially in areas of limited access.However,the value of material parameter for wet lay-up FRP laminates becomes the core and key problem of FRP reinforced concrete structures.According to the current relevant codes and reinforcement installation process,the wet lay-up CFRP laminated flat coupons and tensile specimens were prepared,and the tensile mechanical behavior of CFRP laminated specimens was studied through tensile test.The experimental results showed that the tensile properties of the laminated specimens were typical linear characteristics under monotonic loading.The ultimate rupture strains of specimens were less than it of CF fabric and the tensile yield strain of resin matrix.The ultimate tensile strength and elastic modulus of specimens decreased nonlinearly with the increase of the number of fiber layers.Based on the tensile test data of specimens with different layers,a model of modified rule of mixtures for wet lay-up CFRP laminated composites was proposed.This study made up for the omissions and deficiencies in the relevant aspects of the current code,and improved the scientificity and reliability of bearing capacity analysis for CFRP strengthened engineering structures.
