摘要
                
                    目的探讨实时超声造影(contrast enhanced ultrasound,CEUS)与超声弹性成像技术在肺周围性肿块中的应用价值。方法对56例经病理证实的肺周围性肿块进行CEUS与超声弹性成像技术检查,比较CEUS与超声弹性成像对肺周围性病变良、恶性的诊断准确率。结果CEUS诊断肺周围良、恶性病变的敏感度、特异性、准确率分别为80.8%、82.8%、83.9%,超声弹性成像技术诊断肺周围良、恶性病变的敏感度、特异性、准确率分别为77.8%、79.3%、78.6%,二者诊断准确率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论CEUS与超声弹性成像技术在诊断肺周围性病变的良恶性方面,具有相似的敏感度、特异性和准确率,二者对肺周围性肿块的诊断可起到相互补充作用,为临床准确诊断疾病提供参考价值。
                
                Objective To explore the values of contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)and ultrasonic elastography in peripheral pulmonary masses.Methods Fifty-six cases of pathologically confirmed peripheral pulmonary masses underwent CEUS and ultrasonic elastography.The diagnostic accuracies of CEUS and ultrasonic elastography for benign and malignant peripulmonary lesions were compared.Results There were no significant differences in the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy for diagnosing benign and malignant peripulmonary lesions between CEUS(80.8%,82.8%and 83.9%,respectively)and ultrasonic elastography(77.8%,79.3%and 78.6%,respectively)(P>0.05).Conclusion CEUS and ultrasonic elastography have similar sensitivity,specificity and accuracy in the diagnosis of benign and malignant peripheral pulmonary lesions.They can play a complementary role in the diagnosis of peripheral pulmonary masses,and provide important reference for accurate diagnosis of diseases.
