摘要
汽轮机旁路系统(GCT)设计功能是提供一个人工负荷,平衡反应堆和汽轮机之间的功率差,保证反应堆安全运行。GCTc是五大调节系统中最为复杂的。随着机组运行其涉及的技术改造及运行方式的改变也非常多,理清这些技术变更的背景及所要达到的目的有利于机组的安全稳定运行。该文探讨了该系统目前存在的问题,避免误操作导致核安全事故;提高对GCTc安全功能的重视,重新审视技术规范对其负荷运行的必要性。
GCT is designed to provide an artificial load that balances the power difference between the reactor and the turbine to ensure safe operation of the reactor.GCTc is the most complex of the five regulatory systems.With the operation of the unit,there are also many changes in the technical transformation and operation mode involved.Clarifying the background and purpose of these technical changes is conducive to the safe and stable operation of the unit.This paper discusses the existing problems of the system to avoid nuclear safety accidents caused by misopera‐tion;Pay more attention to the GCTc safety function and re-examine the necessity of technical specifications for its inoperability.
