摘要
目的:通过分析代表性医院的科技协同创新现状及其影响,推动医学知识与技术共享,提高医院科技创新效率。方法:以北京协和医院和四川大学华西医院为例,采集这两家医院于2011-2020年期间发表的SCI论文,使用文献计量法从国际协同、区域协同、部门协同3个维度分析我国高水平医院协同创新趋势、协同主体、重点领域布局等,并采用曼-惠特尼秩和检验和克鲁斯卡尔-沃利斯检验探讨协同创新对科技产出质量的影响。结果:科技协同是目前我国高水平医院创新发展的重要趋势之一,对科技产出质量具有显著正向影响;我国高水平医院在国际协同中的主导地位有待进一步提升;多学科诊疗是当前协同创新的主要趋势;协同创新以发达国家和地区为主,创新主体较为单一;肿瘤、精神疾病、重大慢性疾病、新突发传染病是主要协同创新领域。结论:科技协同能够有效促进医院科技创新高质量发展,医院应着力构建深度学科联盟,完善科技评价机制,探索强强联合与领导型协同相结合模式,搭建创新共享平台,促进医院科技协同创新发展。
Objective The status and impact of science and technology collaborative innovation in top hospitals in China were analyzed,promoting the sharing of medical knowledge and technology,and improving the efficiency of science and technology collaborative innovation in hospitals.Methods Taking Peking Union Medical College Hospital and West China Hospital of Sichuan University as examples,SCI-indexed papers published by these two hospitals from 2011 to 2020 were couected,the collaborative innovation trend,collaborative subjects and layout of key fields of top hospitals in China were analyzed from three dimensions of international,regional and departmental collaboration.The Mann-Whitney U test and Kruskal-Wallis test were applied to explore the impact of collaborative innovation on the quality of research papers.Results Science and technology collaboration is one of the important trends in the innovation and development of top hospitals in China,which has a positive impact on the quality of papers;The leading position of China’s high-level hospitals in international coordination needs to be further improved;Multi-disciplinary treatment or interdisciplinary research is the main trend of collaborative innovation;Collaborative innovation is dominated by developed countries and regions;Tumors,mental diseases,major chronic diseases and new sudden infectious diseases are the main collaborative innovation areas.Conclusion The high-quality development of science and technology innovation in hospitals will be facilitated by science and technology collaboration.Hospitals should focus on building in-depth discipline alliance,improve the science and technology evaluation mechanism,explore the combination mode of strong alliance and leadership coordination,build an innovation sharing platform,and promote the science and technology collaborative innovation in hospitals.
