摘要
冠心病是一种发病迅速、死亡风险极高的心血管疾病,其发病缺少明确病因。甘油三酯葡萄糖乘积(TyG)指数是一项胰岛素抵抗替代指标,可代替高胰岛素正葡萄糖钳夹试验,通过简单计算空腹血糖以及空腹甘油三酯便可获得TyG指数。越来越多研究表明,TyG指数在冠心病中扮演重要角色,并可预测其疾病预后。本文将就TyG指数与冠心病的相关性研究进展进行综述。
Coronary heart disease(CHD)is a cardiovascular disease with a rapid onset and a high risk of death,which lacks a clear etiology.Triglyceride-glucose product(TyG)index is a surrogate measure of insulin resistance that can replace the hyperinsulinin positive-glucose clamp test.TyG index can be obtained by a simple calculation of fasting blood glucose and fasting triglycerides.A increasing number of studies suggest that TyG index plays a significant role in CHD and can predict disease prognosis.This study will review the progress of the correlation between TyG index and CHD.
