飞行人员漂浮类救生物品气密性检测装置设计

摘要 目的救生船和救生电台浮囊等装备数量多且气密性检测时间长,导致伞勤人员保障工作繁重,为此研制新型气密性检测装置,以适应现有漂浮类救生物品的保障需要。方法飞行人员漂浮类救生物品气密性检测装置由结构、气路、动力、控制与软件等分系统构成,可以从人机界面选择救生物品型号,点击进入自动检测,打开气泵及电磁阀,进行充气作业,当达到设定压力后自动保压,然后判定测试结果,输出测试报告。结果新型漂浮类救生物品气密性检测装置,可以有效实现加快检测速度、优化检查流程、提高检测精度、增强人机交互、自动控制检测参数和自动记录结果等效果。结论新型漂浮类救生物品气密性检测装置可以更好地满足部队实际需求。 Objective To develop a new air tightness detection device in order to meet the support needs of f loating survival equipment currently available.Methods The air tightness detection device intended for f loating survival equipment for pilots was composed of subsystems,including structure,air circuit,power,control and software.The type of survival equipment needed could be selected from the man-machine interface.Automatic detection was initiated by clicking and the air pump and solenoid valve were switched on for inf lation operation.When the set pressure was reached,the device could automatically maintain the pressure,assess the test results and output the test report.Results This new air tightness detection device for f loating survival equipment can effectively accelerate detection,optimize the process of inspection,improve the detection accuracy,enhance human-computer interaction,automatically control the detection parameters and record the results.Conclusion This new air tightness detection device for f loating survival equipment can better meet the actual needs of the army.
