摘要
本文以郑州轻工业大学创建全国示范数字档案室为例,从数字化工作的组织与管理、标准规范及相关制度等主要环节,阐述了郑州轻工业大学构建数据与业务深度融合的智慧化服务体系的发展思路及其实践经验,以期为其他高校创建数字档案室提供有益的借鉴和参考。
Taking the national model digital archive in Zhengzhou University of Light Industry as an example, this paper expounds its development ideas and practical experience about how to construct intelligent service system with deep integration of data and business, from such aspects as the organization and management of digital work, standards and regulations and related systems. It is expected to provide useful reference for other universities to build digital archives.
