摘要
随着“双碳”战略的提出和经济快速发展,我国工业和居民对天然气需求日益剧增,为了适应油气体制改革、减少中间环节,各地也相继出现城燃企业和长输管道企业合并的现象。对于早期建设的城镇燃气高压输配管网,受限于设计压力和运行压力较低,无法满足天然气市场发展需求和企业合并后统一管理的要求。因此,研究提高城镇燃气管道设计压力和运行压力是非常有必要的。本文以某城燃管网为例,从管网的管道参数、管道路由、阀室及场站等方面系统地进行校核,提出了高压燃气管网提高设计压力和运行压力的具体方案,为行业内管网升压提供参考。
With the proposal of the strategy of “dual carbon” and the rapid economic development,the industry and residents’ demand for natural gas is increasing dramatically in China.In order to adapt to the reform of the oil and gas system and reduce the intermediate links,city gas enterprises and long-distance pipeline enterprises have also merged in various places.For the early construction of city gas high-pressure transmission and distribution network,due to the low design pressure and operating pressure,it can not meet the requirements of natural gas market development and unified management after enterprise merger.Therefore,it is very necessary to study and increase the design pressure and operating pressure of city gas pipeline.Taking a city gas pipeline network as an example,this paper systematically checks the pipeline parameters,pipeline routing,valve chambers,stations and other aspects of the pipeline network,and puts forward a specific scheme to increase the design pressure and operating pressure of the high-pressure gas pipeline network,which provides a reference for the pressure increasing of the pipeline network in the industry.
