摘要
本文针对南海某深水气田亚洲首条113km长距离单管湿气管线腐蚀风险高、生产期间水下清管发球的特点,首先介绍水下不停产清管设计原则及总体方案。其次,针对生产期间“支持船+连续油管+水下发球”清管发球模式,对深水水下不停产在役清管流程进行介绍,包括PLR装球、水下临时发球筒安装、水下发球作业。水下在役不停产清管方案对今后单管回接、高凝油田常态化高频清管具有指导借鉴意义。
This paper first introduced the design principles and overall scheme of subsea underwater pigging without stopping production,and the design of the first underwater manifold of pigging without stopping production.Then,according to the temporary pigging mode of “support vessel plus coiled tubin plus underwater service”,it introduced the flow of underwater in-service pigging without stopping production.Finally,it introduced the reserved interface of underwater automatic service device,which is helpful to meet the demand of underwater high-frequency pigging during production operation and maintenance.The pigging scheme is helpful to provide guidance and reference for single pipe tie-back and normalized high-frequency pigging in high point set oil fields in the future.
