大件车与超载车对空心板桥荷载效应对比分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了明确大件车与超载车2种超限车辆的荷载特性差异和对空心板桥梁荷载效应的差异。基于实测数据与荷载调查对大件车和超载车荷载特性进行统计分析,并遴选出5种大件车和3种超载车的代表车型;建立桥梁有限元模型并进行修正,将大件车与超载车进行结构加载计算;使用荷载效应对比法分别计算出大件车、超载车与设计汽车荷载效应的比值,对比分析大件车与超载车对空心板桥梁荷载效应的差异性。对比发现除CV-I型大件车外,其余7种车型对空心板桥荷载效应均不同程度大于设计汽车荷载效应,10 m及以下RC空心板桥荷载效应由五轴和六轴超载车辆控制,10 m及以上PC空心板桥梁荷载效应由CV-Ⅱ型大件车控制。表明空心板桥梁荷载效应由车辆实际作用于其上的轴数和轴重决定,对于空心板桥梁,在实际通行中更应该限制车辆的轴重。 In order to clarify the difference of load characteristics and load effect on hollow slab bridge between custom transport vehicle and overloaded vehicles.Based on the measured data and load investigation,the load characteristics of custom transport vehicle and overloaded vehicles are statistically analyzed,and the representative models of five kinds of custom transport vehicle and three kinds of overloaded vehicles are selected;the finite element model of the bridge is established and modified,and the structural loading calculation is carried out for the custom transport vehicle and the overloaded truck respectively;the load effect comparison method is used to calculate the ratio of custom transport vehicle,overloaded vehicle and design vehicle respectively,and compare and analyze the difference of load effect of custom transport vehicle and overloaded vehicle on hollow slab bridge.It is found that except for CV-I custom transport vehicle,the load effect of the other seven models on the hollow slab bridge is greater than the design vehicle load effect to varying degrees.The load effect of RC hollow slab bridge of 10 m and below is controlled by five axle and six axle overloaded vehicles,and the load effect of PC hollow slab bridge of 10 m and above is controlled by CV-Ⅱcustom transport vehicle.It shows that the load effect of hollow slab bridge is determined by the number of axles and axle load actually acted on it by vehicles.For hollow slab bridge,the axle load of vehicles should be limited in actual traffic.
