反馈式健康教育改善食管癌患者术后呼吸功能锻炼依从性的效果观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的 探讨反馈式健康教育对食管癌患者术后呼吸功能锻炼依从性的影响。方法 收集2021年1—12月医院收治的80例食管癌手术患者为研究对象,根据组间基本特征匹配的原则分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上予以反馈式健康教育。对两组患者的知信行水平、恐惧疾病进展程度、术后呼吸功能锻炼依从性及呼吸功能水平进行比较。结果 干预后,观察组患者知信行水平各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组癌症患者恐惧疾病进展简化量表(FoP-Q-SF)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的术后呼吸功能锻炼依从性高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的Borg评分量表低于对照组,而最大通气量(MVV)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)则高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 反馈式健康教育在食管癌患者中应用,不仅能增强知信行水平,缓解恐惧疾病进展程度,而且还可以提高术后呼吸功能锻炼依从性,促进呼吸功能恢复。 Objective To explore the effect of feedback health education on the compliance of respiratory function exercise in patients with esophageal cancer after operation. Methods A total of 80 patients with esophageal cancer who were treated in the hospital from January to December 2021 were collected as the study objects. According to the principle of matching basic characteristics between groups, they were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received feedback health education on the basis of the control group. The level of knowledge, belief and practice, the degree of fear of disease progression, the compliance of postoperative respiratory exercise and the level of respiratory function were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the each dimension scores of knowledge, belief and practice level in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The score of fear of progression questionnaire-short form(FoP-Q-SF) in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The compliance of postoperative respiratory exercise in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The score of Borg scale in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the maximal voluntary ventilation(MVV) and forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1) were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of feedback health education in patients with esophageal cancer can not only enhance the level of knowledge, belief and practice, alleviate the degree of fear of disease progression,but also improve the compliance of postoperative respiratory exercise and promote the recovery of respiratory function.
