摘要
面对深部开采引发的复杂工况,高应力低透突出煤层瓦斯高效治理与突出防治工作依然存在巨大挑战。以河南薛湖煤矿为工程背景,构建水力化动压致裂与冲孔(压—冲)接替式煤层区域强化增透技术,提出分时介入抽采钻孔动态密封方法。试验结果表明:相比水力动压致裂增透技术,采用压—冲接替式增透技术可以使有效抽采半径增加近1倍,单孔抽采瓦斯纯流量平均提高了3.5倍;采用非凝固浆液分时介入抽采钻孔密封技术,单孔抽采瓦斯浓度得到较大幅度提升,能长时间稳定在30%左右。实现了低透高突煤层的瓦斯高效、长时抽采,有力保障了矿井安全高效生产,可为深部高突煤层精准防突理论与技术的发展提供借鉴。
Suffered from the complex working conditions caused by deep mining,there are still great challenges in the efficient gas control and outburst prevention of outburst prone coal seams with high stress and low permeability.In this paper,Xuehu Coal Mine in Henan Province was selected as the engineering background.The enhancement antireflection technology with hydraulic fracturing with dynamic pressure and hydraulic flushing was constructed.The time-sharing interventional dynamic sealing method of drainage boreholes was proposed.The test results show that compared with hydraulic fracturing technology with dynamic pressure for antireflection,using the antireflection technology with hydraulic fracturing with dynamic pressure and hydraulic flushing,the effective drainage radius is increased by nearly one time.The gas drainage net amount of single borehole increased by 3.5 times on average.Using time-sharing interventional dynamic sealing technology with non-solidified slurry,the gas drainage concentration of single borehole has been greatly increased and can be stable at about 30%for a long time.The research results realize the efficient and long-term gas extraction of outburst prone coal seams with high stress and low permeability,which effectively ensure the safe and efficient production of the coal mine.It provides a reference for the development of precise outburst prevention theories and technologies in deep coal seams with high outburst risks.
