摘要
目的探析精细化护理模式下心理干预在儿童预防接种中的应用效果。方法选择2020年10月至12月于滕州市第一人民医院接受疫苗接种的120例儿童作为研究对象,按照抽签法分为两组,每组各60例。对照组实施常规护理,实验组实施精细化护理模式下心理干预,比较两组的应用效果。结果实验组的接种依从性、满意度高于对照组,且不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿童预防接种采用精细化护理模式下心理干预能够提高接种依从性,降低接种后的不良反应发生率,改善儿童的心理状态,进而提高接种效率,赢得儿童家长的青睐和认可,值得参考和采纳。
Objective To explore the application effect of psychological intervention in children’s vaccination under refined nursing mode.Methods From October 2020 to December,120 children who received vaccination in Tengzhou First People’s Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the lottery method,they were divided into two groups,60 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine nursing,while the experimental group implemented psychological intervention under the refined nursing mode.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results The vaccination compliance and satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Selfrating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale scores of the experimental group were lower those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention under the refined nursing mode in children’s vaccination can improve vaccination compliance,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions after vaccination,improve children’s psychological state,thus greatly improve vaccination efficiency,and win the favor and recognition of children’s parents,which is worthy of reference and adoption.
