摘要
为了解国内外混合型再造烟叶产品质量的差异性,对3个不同厂家4种混合型再造烟叶产品的物理外观特性、内在化学成分、感官质量、烟气化学成分进行对比分析。结果表明:(1)国内混合型再造烟叶外观颜色较深,表面形态较为密实平整,而国外产品颜色总体较浅,表面较粗糙,且有明显大粒径填料;厚度、定量低于国外,Ca2+含量明显低于国外,热水可溶物高于国外。(2)国内混合型再造烟叶大部分常规化学成分、生物碱含量高于国外;非挥发性有机酸总量以及草酸、苹果酸、硬脂酸含量低于国外。(3)国内混合型再造烟叶特征香气风格较弱、香气量不足、谐调性相对较差。(4)国内混合型再造烟叶常规烟气指标、酚类物质以及大部分低级脂肪酸类物质含量高于国外,而3-甲基戊酸含量明显低于国外。
In order to study the differences in the quality of domestic and foreign blended reconstituted tobacco,the physical appearance characteristics,internal chemical compositions,sensory quality and smoke chemical constituents of four blended reconstituted tobacco samples from three manufacturers were analyzed.The results show that:1)The surface color of domestic blended reconstituted tobacco were darker and surface morphology were denser and smoother than that of foreign products,and the surface of foreign products had obvious large particle size fillers.The thickness and quantitative ratio were lower than those of abroad.The content of Ca2+was significantly lower than that of foreign products.Hot-water soluble substances were higher than that of foreign products.2)The content of conventional chemical components and alkaloids were higher than those of abroad.The content of total nonvolatile organic acids and oxalic acid,malic acid and stearic acid were lower than that of foreign samples,3)The characteristic aroma style of domestic blended reconstituted tobacco was weaker,aroma quantity was more deficient,harmony was slightly poorer than that of foreign samples.4)The content of conventional smoke indicators,phenols and most low fatty acids in domestic blended reconstituted tobacco were higher than those of foreign samples,while 3‒methylvaleric acid was significantly lower than foreign samples.
