摘要
区域全面经济伙伴关系(RCEP)由东盟10国发起,于2020年11月15日正式签署,是当前全球规模最大的自由贸易协定。大连对韩货物贸易规模小、贸易结构有待优化、服务贸易合作层次低,中国加入RCEP协定直接影响大连发展对韩进出口贸易的规模、结构和态势。抓住中韩自贸协定升级、中日韩自贸区谈判以及RCEP签署的机遇,调整大连对韩贸易的具体措施。
The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP),initiated by the 10 ASEAN countries and offi cially signed on November 15,2020,is currently the largest free trade agreement around the world.For the present,Dalian’trade with the ROK is faced with many diffi culties,such as small scale,trade structure to be optimized,and low-level cooperation in service trade,etc.China’s accession to the RCEP will directly aff ect the scale,structure and situation of Dalian’s import and export trade with the ROK.To this end,there is a need to seize the opportunities provided by the upgrading of the China-ROK Free Trade Agreement,the China-Japan-ROK Free Trade area negotiations and the signing of the RCEP to adjust the specifi c measures for Dalian’s trade with the ROK.
