摘要
为进一步缩短汽车研发周期实现快速市场投放、提升生产线柔性以满足不同车型投产、减少生产线投资,针对汽车工艺制造开展了一系列平台化举措的探索与思考,在解决上述问题的同时进一步提高了产品制造质量一致性,降低了制造成本,缩短了产品制造周期。
In order to further shorten the vehicle research and development cycle and quickly put it to the market,improve production line flexibility to satisfy the requirements of production of different models and reduce the investment in the production line,this paper made exploration and thinking of a series of platforming initiatives for automotive process manufacturing,which further improved the consistency of product manufacturing quality,reduced manufacturing costs and shortened product manufacturing cycles while solving the above problems.
