摘要
为了探讨不同剂型太子参须对禽I型副黏病毒灭活疫苗免疫效果的影响,本试验将240只4日龄雏番鸭随机分成3个太子参须试验组(太子参须针剂组、太子参须颗粒组、太子参须提取干粉组)和未给药免疫组,除未给药免疫组外,其他组按每天每只鸭0.5 mL或0.5 g口服给药,连用7 d。7日龄时,各组番鸭均颈背部皮下注射禽I型副黏病毒灭活疫苗,于不同时间点进行体重测定、抗体检测、免疫器官指数测定。结果显示,与未给药免疫组相比,各太子参须试验组免疫21 d后的体重显著升高(P<0.05),且太子参须提取干粉组至免疫后35 d仍最优;免疫后14、21、28 d和35 d,太子参须提取干粉组的抗体水平显著提升(P<0.05);免疫后5 d和7 d,各太子参须试验组番鸭平均胸腺指数显著增高(P<0.05),至免疫后21 d,太子参须针剂组番鸭平均胸腺指数仍显著增高(P<0.05);免疫后5、7、14 d和21 d,太子参须提取干粉组番鸭的平均脾脏指数和平均法氏囊指数均显著增高(P<0.05)。结果表明,太子参须提取干粉组对禽I型副黏病毒番鸭体重、抗体水平、免疫器官指数有显著促进作用。本试验为太子参须制剂对禽I型副黏病毒疫苗的增强效果和临床应用提供参考依据。
To evaluate the effect of different forms of Pseudostellaria heterophylla fibrous roots on the immune efficacy of inactivated vaccine against avian paramyxovirus type Ⅰ, this study randomly divided 240 4-day-old Muscovy ducks into four groups: Pseudostellaria heterophylla fibrous roots injection group, Pseudostellaria heterophylla fibrous roots granules group, Pseudostellaria heterophylla fibrous roots extraction group and non-administration immune group. Except for the non-administration immune group, each bird from other three groups was orally administered 0.5 mL or 0.5 g drugs per day for a period of seven days. At the age of 7 days, all the Muscovy ducks were subcutaneously injected with inactivated vaccine against avian paramyxovirus type Ⅰ. The body weights, antibody titers and immune organ indexes were determined at different time points. The results showed that compared with the non-administration immune group, the weight of ducks of all Pseudostellaria heterophylla fibrous roots groups increased significantly at 21 days post vaccination( P < 0. 05),and the Pseudostellaria heterophylla fibrous roots extraction group had the best performance at 35days post vaccination. Compared with the non-administration immune group,the antibody level of the Pseudostellaria heterophylla fibrous roots extraction group increased significantly at 14,21,28,35 days post vaccination( P < 0. 05);the thymus indexes of ducks in all Pseudostellaria heterophylla fibrous roots groups were significantly higher than those in non-administration immune group at5 and 7 days post vaccination( P < 0. 05),and the thymus indexes of ducks of Pseudostellaria heterophylla fibrous roots injection group were significantly higher than those in non-administration immune group at 21 days post vaccination( P < 0. 05);the spleen indexes and bursa indexes of ducks of Pseudostellaria heterophylla fibrous roots extraction group were significantly higher than those in non-administration immune group at 5,7,14 and 21 days post vaccination( P < 0. 05). Thus,the extraction of Pseudostellaria heterophylla fibrous roots has obvious promoting effect on growing of body weight,antibody titers against avian paramyxovirus type Ⅰ,and immune organ indexes. This study provides a reference for the enhancement effect and clinical application of Pseudostellaria heterophylla fibrous roots on avian paraxyxovirus type Ⅰ vaccine.
