摘要
试验采用天然板栗壳色素染料对生物基PA56织物进行染色,探讨了pH、染色温度等因素对织物染色性能的影响。结果表明:染色织物的耐干、湿摩擦色牢度可达3~4级,耐水洗色牢度可达到4级,耐汗渍色牢度可达4级,耐日晒色牢度可达2~3级;织物具有良好的抗紫外线和抗菌性能,紫外线防护系数(UPF)达到299;对大肠埃希菌和金黄葡萄球菌的抑菌率分别达到99.53%和92.80%;织物本征阻燃特性未受到明显影响。
The natural chestnut shell pigment is used to dye the bio-based PA56 fabric.The effects of pH,dyeing temperature and other factors on the dyeing properties of the fabric are discussed.The results show that the color fastness to dry and wet rubbing of dyed fabrics can reach Grades 3-4,the color fastness to washing can reach Grade 4,the color fastness to perspiration can reach Grade 4,and the color fastness to sunlight can reach Grades 2-3.The fabric has good anti ultraviolet and antibacterial properties,and the ultraviolet protection factor(UPF)reaches 299.The antibacterial rates againstEscherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus reach99.53%and 92.80%respectively.The intrinsic flame retardancy of the fabric is not significantly affected.
