摘要
以引汉济渭输水隧洞项目为例,介绍了一种带“U”型槽的可排水式止水带,该止水带增加了排导水功能,通过增加半“凸”型钢筋卡对中埋式止水带有效定位,避免混凝土浇筑时止水带错位和脱落。实践证明该止水带结构及安装技术经过优化后符合要求,隧洞衬砌混凝土表面无渗水现象,防水效果良好。
Taking the water diversion tunnel project from Han River to Wei River as an example,this paper introduces a drainage waterstop with a“U”groove,which adds the function of water drainage and diversion.By adding a semi“convex”type steel bar clamp,the waterstop buried in middle can be effectively positioned to avoid dislocation and falling off during concrete pouring.The practice shows that after optimization,the structure and installation technology of the waterstop meet the requirements,and the concrete surface of the tunnel lining has no water seepage,and the waterproof effect is good.
