摘要
打破“SCI”至上的现行科技期刊学术评价体系,既对我国科技期刊的发展产生了积极的影响,也产生了不确定性影响。我国的科技期刊应提升与新媒体的融合出版能力,打造一批国际一流科技期刊,建立和完善现行的学术评价体系,探索多元化的学术出版与传播模式,为我国的科技创新服务。
To break the"SCI"supremacy in the current academic evaluation system of sci-tech journals,will have a positive impact on the development of sci-tech journals in China.China's sci-tech periodicals should improve their publication ability in combination with new media,create a number of world-class sci-tech periodicals,establish and improve the current academic evaluation system,explore diversified academic publishing and communication modes,and serve China's sci-tech innovation.
