新文科建设中高校外语教师发展的内在逻辑与实现路径——基于互联网时代生态环境

The Internal Logic and Realization Path of the Development of Foreign Language Teachers in Colleges and Universities in the Construction of New Liberal Arts——Based on the Ecological Environment of the Internet Era

摘要 新文科建设对外语教师提出了新的要求。但教师发展不是即成的,而是需要一定的发展条件,互联网为教师发展提供了知识体系与教育平台。以互联网知识传播中的优势为逻辑起点,纵观教师发展的体系,分析新文科建设下高校外语教师发展基本逻辑,改变传统文科视域下外语教师传统的成长面貌,全方位、全过程提高教师的道德规范、文化素质、专业技术等,激发教师发展的内生动力,切实提升教师发展的长效性。 The construction of new liberal arts puts forward new requirements for foreign language teachers.However,teachers’development is not instantaneous,but needs certain development conditions.The Internet provides a knowledge system and an education platform for teachers’development.From the logical starting point of the advantages of the Internet knowledge dissemination,a general survey of the system of teachers’development,the logical generation is based on the exploration of the connotation and extension of the development of new liberal arts and university teachers.We should analyze the basic logic of the development of foreign language teachers in colleges and universities under the construction of new liberal arts,change the traditional growth of foreign language teachers from the perspective of traditional liberal arts,improve teachers'moral standards,cultural quality and professional skills in an all-round and whole-process manner,stimulate the internal impetus of teachers'development,and effectively improve the long-term effectiveness of teachers'development.
