摘要
为探究藜麦(Chenopodium quinoa)全株青贮对小尾寒羊生长性能、屠宰性能、组织器官发育和血液生理指标的影响,试验选取体重(22±1.5)kg的健康小尾寒羊羯羊60只,分为5组,每组12只。对照组(Ⅰ组)饲喂全贮玉米,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组分别饲喂含3%、6%、9%和12%青贮藜麦的全株青贮玉米,试验期80 d。结果表明:饲粮中添加9%青贮藜麦对小尾寒羊日增重、胸围、胸宽、胸深增加、体高、体斜长、管围、最大额宽等指标均有积极的影响,且体斜长和管围显著高于对照组(P <0.05);添加了6%和12%青贮藜麦组的羊只胴体重均显著高于未添加青贮藜麦组(P <0.05);不同青贮藜麦添加水平对小尾寒羊红细胞压积(HCT)、白细胞(WBC)、淋巴细胞计数(LYM)、红细胞(RBC)、血小板平均宽度(PDW)均有影响,且添加了3%和12%青贮藜麦组的HCT和RBC显著低于未添加藜麦组(P <0.05),而添加3%青贮藜麦组PDW则显著高于未添加青贮藜麦组(P <0.05)。综上所述,添加适宜比例青贮藜麦对小尾寒羊日增重、体尺等表型性状和机体免疫力都有积极作用,考虑综合生产效率,饲粮(干物质)中青贮藜麦添加的适宜比例为9%。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different supplemental levels of whole Chenopodium quinoa silage on growth performance,slaughter performance,tissue and organ development and blood physiological indices of fattening small-tail Han sheep. Sixty healthy small tail han sheep with similar body weight were randomly divided into 5 groups(control group Ⅰ and whole storage quinoa supplemented groups Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ),and fed whole storage corn and whole storage corn containing3%,6%,9% and 12% whole storage quinoa,respectively. The results showed that 9% supplemental level of total storage quinoa had positive effects on daily gain,chest circumference,chest width,chest depth increase,body height,body oblique length,tube circumference and maximum width of small-tail Han sheep,and body oblique length and tube circumference were significantly higher than those of control group(P < 0.05).Carcass weight and slaughter rate of sheep in 6% CFC supplemental level were significantly higher than those in no CFC supplemental level,and carcass weight of sheep in 12% CFC supplemental level was significantly higher than those in no CFC supplemental level(P < 0.05). Different supplemental levels of total storage quinoa had effects on hematocrit(HCT),white blood cell(WBC),lymphocyte count(LYM),red blood cell(RBC) and mean platelet width(PDW) of small-tail Han sheep,and the HCT and RBC of 3% and 12% total storage quinoa groups were significantly lower than those of no quinoa group(P < 0.05). The PDW of 3%total storage group was significantly higher than that of no total storage group(P < 0.05). In conclusion,adding appropriate proportion of total storage quinoa can have positive effects on phenotypic traits such as daily gain,body size and body immunity of small-tailed Han sheep. Considering comprehensive production efficiency,the appropriate proportion of total storage quinoa in diet(dry matter) was 9%.
