炼油化工机械设备的防腐设计及措施

摘要 炼油化工是中国重要的基础行业之一,为经济建设作出了重大贡献。但炼油化工设备由于常年在强酸、强碱的环境下运行,极易产生腐蚀现象,会影响炼油厂正常生产秩序,甚至造成严重的安全隐患。因此,通过阐述炼油化工机械设备的防腐设计,充分考虑到运行环境对机械设备的影响,再分析炼油化工机械设备的防腐措施,以期提高炼油化工机械设备使用的安全性。 Refining and chemical industry is one of the important basic industries in China, which has made significant contributions to economic construction. However, because the refining and chemical equipment operates in the environment of strong acid and alkali all the year round, it is easy to cause corrosion, which will affect the normal production order of the refinery, and even cause serious safety hazards.Therefore, by expounding the anti-corrosion design of refining and chemical Machinery and equipment, fully considering the impact of the operating environment on mechanical equipment, and then analyzing the anti-corrosion measures of refining and chemical machinery and equipment, in order to improve the safety of refining and chemical machinery and equipment.
