中间包残氧定量化评价工艺实践

摘要 连铸过程中,中间包内残余氧气会造成钢水二次氧化,制约钢水纯净度提升。采用经过改进的残氧检测装置,对唐钢新区70 t中间包内残氧含量进行测定,量化分析现场中间包包盖密封状态、风机开闭状态、中间包包盖吹氩流量对中间包残氧含量的影响。在中间包包盖各孔密封条件下,通过采取关闭平台风机和将氩气流量提高至5000 L/min的措施后,中间包内的残氧含量可以稳定控制在0.5%以下。在中间包包盖长水口处增加吹氩支路条件下,中间包残氧含量可以进一步降低至0.08%以下,为整个连铸过程提供更好的保护浇注条件。 During continuous casting,the residual oxygen in tundish may cause the secondary oxidation of molten steel,restrict the purity improvement of molten steel.By means of improved residual oxygen measuring device to determine the residual oxygen content in the 70 t tundish of Tangsteel New District,quantitative analysis is carried out on the effects of the tundish cover sealing state,the fan on and off condition,argon blowing flow rate through tundish cover on residual oxygen content.Under the sealing condition of the tundish cover opening,the residual oxygen content in tundish can be stablely controlled below 0.5%by taking measures of switching off the fan on the platform and increasing the argon flow rate to 5000 L/min.After adding argon blowing branch piping at the long nozzle of tundish cover,the residual oxygen content in tundish can be further reduced below 0.008%,which shall provide better shrouded pouring condition during casting.
